Pacific Heights

Pacific Heights is one of the most exclusive and desirable neighborhoods in San Francisco. Many of the homes deliver commanding views of the San Francisco Bay and the City below with neighborhood hills rising from the Marina and running along an east-west ridge between the Presidio and Van Ness Avenue. Some of the oldest, grandest, and largest homes in San Francisco can be found in Pacific Heights. These homes feature an ample variety of architectural styles such as Victorian, Edwardian, and Mission Revival buildings. “The Gold Coast” runs along the top ridge of San Francisco where the most expensive homes in San Francisco are found. Residents of Pacific Heights enjoy gorgeous parks, playgrounds, and, bounded by the Presidio, easy access to open space, with miles of hiking, running and biking. The main shopping district can be found on Fillmore Street, which runs north and south through Pacific Heights and down into the Marina. Some of the chicest boutiques, upscale restaurants, patisseries, and everyday conveniences can be found on Fillmore Street.
