Outer Richmond is a friendly neighborhood with a laid back, beach-town quality that benefits from being close to Ocean Beach as well as Golden Gate Park. Many homes and condominiums offer spectacular views of Golden Gate Park, the Presidio and Ocean Beach, where residents can stroll out onto their decks to enjoy a sunset.
