Spanning from just South of California Street to Golden Gate Park and from 33rd Avenue to Park Presidio Boulevard, the Central Richmond District is a beautiful neighborhood including both residential housing and commercial attractions. The district is culturally diverse providing diners’ options to suit many preferences. A wide variety of restaurants are available to Central Richmond residents, such as Asian food from nearly every region, popular taquerias, cafes, French, Italian, and more. Many of the properties are less than a mile from the Pacific at Ocean Beach and have easy access to both Golden Gate Park and The Presidio. For outdoor adventurers, the parks have thousands of acres of gardens, trails, and cultural attractions, including music festivals, museums, and playgrounds. Convenient to San Francisco State, the University of San Francisco, and the University of California - San Francisco, this neighborhood is close to entertainment and fun, but retains its peaceful and mellow feel for families. Geary Boulevard runs through the district and is a straight commuting corridor to downtown. Geary also connects with Park Presidio which takes a commuter to 280 and The Peninsula.
