Anza Vista

A small, residential neighborhood with tree-lined streets in the heart of San Francisco, Anza Vista residents enjoy a central location that is ultra-quiet and has some of the best views in San Francisco. Anza Vista borders are Geary, Divisadero, Turk and Masonic. Situated on a prominent hilltop, the area has few entry points and very little traffic and offers close proximity to Kaiser Medical Center, UCSF Mt. Zion Hospital, University of San Francisco and the 42,000 square foot Koret Center for Health, Fitness and Sport. Anza Vista housing offers a variety of options, from large single family homes to flats and condos. Most housing is stylish mid-century, although distinctive Victorians and Edwardians dominate the streets east of Baker. Many homes in Anza Vista have garages, lush gardens and views of downtown San Francisco or the Bay. Nearby Golden Gate Park offers miles of walking paths, bicycling, the De Young Art Museum, the Academy of Sciences and the Conservatory of Flowers. Geary Boulevard affords a convenient commute to downtown San Francisco, via Muni. Anza Vista is also within walking distance of North Panhandle (NOPA) restaurants and shops.
